Who are we?The Center for Human Earth Restoration is a 501c(3) non-profit educational corporation providing children and adult programs to enhance their relationship with the natural world through eco-restoration, reflective journaling, camps, seminars, and expeditions.
All CHER programming is based on the works of: Thomas Berry, noted eco-theologian, Aldo Leopold, well-known conservationist, and George Washington Carver, world renowned scientist. Our mission is to bring about a world of informed, motivated people committed to caring for the Earth "as a communion of subjects rather than a collection of objects," as emphasized by Thomas Berry. |
