Iris Senzig

​Chief Operating Officer

Iris Senzig brings an element of business acumen to CHER based on 33 years in private business.  Her major experiences include serving as Director of Provider Relations in Network Healthcare, Inc, a for-profit HMO in South Florida where she managed the development of a provider network of physicians, hospitals, laboratories, and ancillary providers to care for over 50,000 members. Business development and marketing was a major component.   Iris and Randy owned and operated a domiciliary home in Wake County for 12 years after which Iris joined the educator ranks of Wake County Public Schools serving as Administrative Assistant                                                                          for Evaluation and Research.         
In 2010 Iris was named as office manager for the NC Association of School Administrators under the direction of Bill McNeal, Executive Director.
